OSSC Felicitates With Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman As The New Governor Of The State

The Confluence city in Nigeria, Lokoja, was agog on January 27, 2024, over the change of baton of leadership to the new administration of Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman.

The Ododo School to School Campaign (OSSC) organisation witnessed the historic journey of a new era where Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman was sworn in as the new governor of Kogi State after months he was elected to take over from Yahaya Bello who has completed his second term in office.

The vibrant, digital and determined governor, Ododo, took the oath of office with his deputy, Comr. Salifu Oyibo Joel, at around 2:30 pm in an epoch making event at Lokoja.

With this inauguration, Ododo becomes the 6th Executive Governor of the state.

The family of OSSC congratulates the new governor on the successful inauguration and demonstration of capacity as he quickly announced the members of his cabinet for administrative readiness and policies execution.

Ododo, who has been the embodiment of unity, peace and good governance appreciated the presence of one of his rivals in the last election, Leke Abejide of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in his speech, Governor Ododo said that politics of bitterness is over and Kogi must be taken to the pedestal of economic development collectively.

The group, Ododo School to School Campaign (OSSC) organisation via his spiritual leader, Mallam Salihu Yoonus Ohzy, fervently prayed to the Lord Almighty to direct, protect and support the governor with all the required efforts for a glittering and worthy stewardship.
