Governor Bello Bids LG Chairman Farewell

 All the 21 local government chairmen and 239 councilors in Kogi State have vacated their offices following the expiration of their three -year tenure on Thursday, December 14, 2023.

The state commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs, Barr. S.M Ozigi Deedat, confirmed their exit in a statement made available to newsmen.

The chairmen and councilors were sworn in on December 15th, 2020.

Deedat congratulated them for their successful tenure and wished them well in their future endeavours.
