Women workers from Okene Local Government Area paid a courtesy visit to the Kogi State Accountant-General, Chief Dr. Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko, at her residence in Okene LGA, as a mark of respect, solidarity, and appreciation.
The visit was to commend her exceptional leadership, dedication to public service, and significant contributions to women’s empowerment and grassroots development across Kogi State. The women described her as a role model and inspiration, whose integrity and people-centred leadership continue to encourage women within the civil service and the wider community.
They expressed heartfelt appreciation for her consistent support and encouragement, particularly applauding the regular and timely payment of salaries, which has greatly enhanced workers’ welfare and morale. The women reaffirmed their loyalty and support, while pledging to continue contributing meaningfully to the development of Okene Local Government Area and Kogi State.
