The importance of hygiene during menstrual cycles.

We are thrilled to announce the success of our outreach on Healthy Menstrual Hygiene, held at the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland's palace, where we engaged with students and teachers from seven secondary schools, alongside education representatives.

Our goal was to inspire, educate, and encourage young girls to prioritize healthy menstrual practices. During the session, we discussed:

Menstruation and its management.

Health implications and side effects of poor menstrual hygiene practices.

We also addressed questions and shared practical advice, leaving our contact details for participants to reach out for further information and support.
