Education: Old Boys Donate Computers and Printer To Boost Learning In OSS

As part of efforts to improve education and learning in Okene Secondary school OSS Okene in Okene Local Government Area, the Old Student Association (OSSOSA), 1982 set has donated Two sets of computers and a color printer to improve learning in the school.

Speaking on behalf of the 1982 sets when presenting the computer set and printer to the management of the school the elder statesman of class (1982) set, Daudu Alh. AbdulMalik Dongo aka AMAS said, “this contribution today is part of our pledge made during the 42nd year, anniversary by 1982 sets of Okene Secondary school.

Daudu Amas also said, “Alma mata, are Alma matas, You cannot change it, we left that school and we also came together as set. To join the national general body, and we thought that when they are making contributions, we also contribute for the betterment of the school, we must be involved.

“During our days, well. In the school we never had this privilege but thank God that we have founding founders and because education not supposed be neglected by the government and wealthy individual, that is why you see old students coming together to make sure that they help their schools, where they finished from. There are a lot of schools in this country that, it is the old boys and old girls that are making the school functioning properly.

“Giving back to the school is a continuous process, we cannot relent. The set 1982 class is there, every year we are contributing. So, we see what we can do. I will keep on doing it. Because we contribute and we do a projects.

The school management appreciate the members of 1982 class for their untiring efforts.
