I hereby tender unreserved apology to Buhari because he saw then what we are just seeing now - Chuks Akunna

Chuks Akunna, a public affairs analyst, has apologized to former President Muhammadu Buhari for condemning the midnight raid on the homes of judges by the State Security Service under his government.

Chuks Akunna made this apology during an interview with AIT while speaking about recent electoral judgments in Kano and other states of the federation. He said he realized that Buhari saw what those who criticized him are now seeing.

In Chuks Akunna's words: "When President Muhammadu Buhari, in the dead of the night, raided the homes of these judges, we condemned the act. But I hereby tender unreserved apology to former President Buhari because he saw then what we are just seeing now. These men are corrupt because you can't tell me that a man sat on a document on a case for how many days and came out to read something else".
