The occasion was witnessed by staunch APC supporters, particularly, Engr. Muhammed Ohieku, who graced the event at the Hilltop hotel, Okene, Kogi state.
In the handing over ceremony, Engr. Omeiza Aliyu said 'OSSC is a dynamic support group with membership strength across the length and breath in Kogi state with the top priority to sensitise critical stakeholders in the academia, Kogi elites, students and youths to vote Ododo into Lugard House in the next governorship election.
'To the glory of ALLAH Almighty, I am donating these two customised vehicles to facilitate and ease the difficulties in their operation so that the management could actualize their core objectives.
The APC frontline candidate was ably represented by Engr. Muhammad Ohieku, who handed over the keys to the director general of OSSC. Ohieku said 'I am directed by the incoming excellency, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman, having discussed earlier today, to receive the two Operational vehicles from the director of OMADAC Engineering Ltd who also doubled as the BOT Chairman of OSSC and handover same to the group for successful campaign programmes.
'I sincerely thank Engr. Aliyu Omeiza for this commitment, this is the second time in series for such vehicles donation to Ododo/Joel Project. May the Lord Almighty reward you abundantly and make you a beneficial of the struggle, Ohieku said.
The director general of the organisation, Engr. Chatta Ubeid, while receiving the keys to the donated vehicles, immensely applauded the BoT chairman for his intervention, saying that it was a necessity for the group and this would maximally enhance the sensitisation campaign. He pledged that OSSC management would ensure judicious and effective use of the hardwares.
