We’re With You Always, Obobanyi Of Ohuete Tells Kogi Gov

The outstanding performance, humility, and respect of Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello, CON for the traditional institutions and culture have earned him widespread acceptance among the people, Obobanyi of Ohuete HRH  Omonori Suberu Aliyu declared.

Addressing crowds of Ohuete sons and daughters when the Governor Yahaya Bello approved graded him from 2nd class to 1st class chief, through the ministry of local government and chieftain affairs under the leadership of Hon. Ozigi Abdulsalam Deedat, the traditional ruler asserted that Yahaya Bello has in the last seven years fully identified himself with the masses’ aspirations and executed several laudable projects across the state, including renovation of revered 1st chiefs class across the three senatorial district and establishement of two additional state owned university to balance the equation.

“We thank you for the rehabilitation of our revered chief palaces and schools. All our classrooms were almost gone down before you came in but you made sure that those classrooms have been rehabilitated,” the Chief said

The first class chief  said they have resolved to support  the APC Governorship Candidate on the saddle for the next despensation,  commending Gov Bello for changing the face of governance in the state.

“We are aware of what you have been doing to make sure that we have not only potable water. It is what we can see. We thank you very much.

“I want to also thank you for the support you are giving to the traditional council of Kogi State by allowing us to function properly and without backing down orders or dividing us. I want to assure you that our people of Ohuete and Ebiras are supporting your government. Whatever you decide we shall support you because we know that you are serving us. You will continue to serve us positively for the next few months, God willing.”

“I am highly impressed with the performance of the administration. You are an intelligent man who works so hard without boasting of your achievements. There are giant projects going on in our community (Ihima Technical College, Oboroke,” the Chief said.

“We need to appreciate you and vote massively for Alh Ododo Ahmad Usman in the forthcoming election in other to bringing more development to our community. I am not disappointed with what you have done so far. We will pay back at the appropriate time what you did for us. 

We really appreciate you for establishing a Confluence University of Science and  Technology in old Okehi.”
