Kogi Gov'ship 2023: OSSC Team pays Solidarity Visit To Okene LGC Chairman

Ahead of Kogi November 11 governorship election in the state, various political support groups under the platform of All Progressive Congress, the greatest party in Africa, APC are making significant progress via sensitisation and mobilisation of eligible voters to ensure the candidate of the party, Hon. Ododo Ahmed Usman, secure overwhelming votes during the election.

Amongst these groups is Ododo School to School Campaign OSSC organisation, who paid a solidarity visit to the workaholic Chairman of Okene local government council, Hon. (Engr.) Abdulrazak Yusuf Muhammad, for his pivotal roles in the development of Kogi Central.

The OSSC Steering Committee was ably represented by the Convener, Comr. Umar Abduljelil Adabara, DG, Engr. Chatta Ubaid, OSSC Spiritual Leader, Mall. Salihu Yoonus, State Deputy Protocol, Comr. Mohammed Yusuf Osana and Comr. Osuwa, in their speech, the team commended the local government boss for his giant strides in security, local health system and bringing governance close to the people.

In the same vein, the OSSC representatives sensitised the Chairman about the objectives of the organisation, the workdone since its inception and next projects scheduled for execution such as youth & market women sensitisation across Kogi Central and voters' sensitisation in the Kogi East.

On his part, the local government council boss, Engr. Muhammad, popularly called "Ya Muhamma", applauded the Ododo School to School Campaign(OSSC) group for their wonderful initiatives and the leading roles in the sensitization drive for the support of APC's candidates, Ododo/Joel Ticket. He maintained that OSSC has become a household in the state political campaign because he was aware of the OSSC gigantic wave in the academia to sensitise Kogi elites, academics and students before today's visit to his office.

The LGC Chairman pledged his full support for the entire OSSC programme in Kogi Central, stating that the scheduled voters' sensitisation in Ajaokuta and Ogori LGCs shall receive adequate security for huge success.
