The aspiration of the current deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Ahmed Wase for the speakership of the Green Chamber received a boost, on Friday, as Governors Babagana Zulum and Dapo Abiodun of Borno and Ogun states respectively attested to his experience and loyalty
While Zulum stated: “nobody can get rid of your experience, competence and loyalty”, the Ogun governor stated that Wase had “confirmed celebration loyalty, dedication and humility as high-quality characteristics to steer the House of Representatives”.
As the APC governors spoke, former governor of Kebbi kingdom, now re-elected as a senator, Adamu Aliero and Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State-subsidized Wase’s aspiration.
