The Senator representing Bauchi North Senatorial District on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Adamu Bulkachuwa, has said that the Labour Party (LP) is making noise over the outcome of the 2023 presidential election because of the overconfidence of the party.
Sen. Bulkachuwa added that Atiku Abubakar is not making noise like Peter Obi because he knows that the PDP tried their best in the general elections and their performances were not bad unlike Labour Party’s performances. He also said that since the PDP had once ruled for 16 years, Atiku has used his experiences in the system to approach the court, rather than making noise like the way Peter Obi is doing.
He said, “PDP Ruled for 16 years, Atiku can’t be making noise like Peter Obi who is a newcomer. The Labour Party are too much of themselves. They feel so elated, or popular at first and they considered their method, their way of thinking and their approach to politics as something that is new in Nigeria and they thought we will hand over the presidency of this country to them. But we know, having ruled this country continuously for 16 years, we can’t behave like children.
